Der graue Alltag und das Träumen

Manchmal wollen sie einfach nicht weggehen, diese trüben Gedanken. Der Winter will kein Ende nehmen und die Sonne hat sich gefühlt schon seit Wochen nicht gezeigt.
Dann ist noch das Auto kaputt, ein Zahnarzttermin reiht sich an den Anderen, Rechnungen flattern rein, alle Freunde haben etwas anderes zu tun und keine Zeit für mich, und dann kommt der Abend. Ich liege im Bett und spule immer wieder alle negativen Ereignisse der vergangenen Wochen ab, denke an das schwierige Gespräch, das noch vor mir liegt. Dann fällt mir ein, das ist ja nicht das einzige schwierige Gespräch, das vor mir liegt… An Schlaf ist nicht mehr zu denken. Dabei muss ich doch morgen früh fit sein. Ich bin in letzter Zeit sowieso schon so schwach, bin schon darauf angesprochen worden, dass ich schlecht aussehe. Ich kann mir jetzt nicht leisten, krank zu werden und mich mit anderen auf ein Getränk treffen brauche ich auch nicht. Das wäre glatt eine Zumutung für meine Verabredung. Ich sehe aus, wie sieben Tage Regenwetter und, ganz ehrlich, genauso fühle ich mich auch.
Ich hab auch keine Zeit, das zu ändern und Kraft sowieso nicht.
Ich sehe auch gerade nicht, wo und wie es besser werden könnte. Ich fühle mich so fremdbestimmt. Die ganzen Termine und Probleme haben mich völlig im Griff, die Kontrolle über mich.
Ich fühle mich völlig unfrei und gefangen in den Problemen.

Aber so ganz stimmt das nicht. Eine kleine Ahnung steigt in mir auf. Auch wenn alles Gute mir gerade von außen scheinbar verwehrt wird, heißt das nicht, dass ich mich dafür auch noch bestrafen muss mit all diesen miesen Gedanken.
Ich darf nett zu mir sein. Zumindest in den Bereichen, in denen ich die Kontrolle habe.
Und eines kann mir nicht verwehrt werden: Das Träumen.
Ich darf mir erlauben zu Träumen, von besseren Zeiten, von wunderbaren Menschen, mit denen ich Zeit verbringe, von Sonne, Meer, Strand, Licht…
Ich muss gar nicht warten.
Ich darf, ich kann mich sogar jetzt sofort dahin träumen…
Ich liege nicht mehr in meinem Bett, habe morgen keinen Termin. Ich liege in einer Hängematte, die Sonne scheint dezent auf mein Gesicht, eine kühle Brise weht und ich muss genau in diesem Augenblick: gar nichts.
Einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Meinem Kopf und meinem Körper Entspannung gönnen.
Ich spüre, wie ich tiefer atme. Meine Lungen sich mit Sauerstoff füllen, meine Zellen wieder Kraft gewinnen. Kein Mensch kann mir das nehmen. Meine Träume, meine Glücksmomente.
Ich darf das. Ich darf auch mal abschalten. Mir das Gefühl von Glück schenken. Einfach nur ich sein.
